RETURNING PLAYERS (For players who did not play in Fall 2016)
- Go to www.eayso.org
- Login
- Click on Sign up (under the returning player area)
- Update all player information.
- Click NEXT through the screens until you get to the e-signature portion
- Click the e-signature box (on your left side), type your name and click NEXT
- The form will reload; Scroll down and click SUBMIT
- Click the box next to your child’s name and complete the payment process
- Fee is $110 per player (only $95 through November 30, 2016)
- Print two copies of the registration form and bring to the next registration event.
RETURNING PLAYERS (For players who played in Fall 2016)

- Click on Sign up for Other Programs
- Click the link to sign up for Spring
- Check the box next to your child’s name and complete the payment process
- Fee is $110 /player
- Print two copies of the registration form and bring to the next registration event.
